1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using DealMotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. The service
DealMotion is a Business Operation System that unifies sales pipelines, product catalog, ambassador programs and workforce planning. We may update, improve or modify features from time to time.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the platform, uploading unlawful content, or using the service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing model you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
DealMotion and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the platform. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the service and grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DealMotion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
